Terms of Sale: All of our auctions are online ONLY auctions. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees unless otherwise specified. We will do our best to indicate any missing parts, broken pieces, defects and repairs but occasionally we may miss something and cannot be held liable. We ask that in order to have a mutually satisfactory transaction that you ask any questions prior to bidding. All sales are final and there are no returns. Some items may be subject to a reserve bid as described in the listing. If your high bid does not meet the reserve, it will not be accepted.
Buyer’s Premium: An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to purchase price of all items. Items paid for in cash at pickup will receive a 3% discount.
Sales Tax: A 6% Sales Tax will be added for Pennsylvania residents. Sales Tax will be waived by purchasers who provide a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption certificate.
Registration: All bidders must be registered and approved prior to bidding. By registering for our auctions, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our sale. All registered bidders must provide a valid credit card in order to be approved to place online bids.
Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC reserves the right to refuse to issue a bidder number to a potential bidder. Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC also reserves the right to reject any bids by any bidder who breaches any terms and conditions of the sale or engages in improper conduct.
Posted Times: Each auction shall have a posted start time and a posted close time. These times are approximate and are based on the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC reserves the right to close or extend the auction at any time.
Payment: At the conclusion of the sale, winning bidders will receive an invoice for their purchases. If you intend to pay by cash at pickup, please notify Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC within 48 hours of the invoice being issued. Any buyer having an unpaid invoice after 48 hours of the invoice being issued agrees to have their credit card automatically charged for the total bid amounts plus buyer’s premium and any applicable sales tax.
Methods of payment: We accept cash, check, PayPal and all major credit cards. If paying by check, you must present a valid driver’s license. We do not accept out-of-state checks.
Inspection: Prior to the conclusion of the sale, an inspection time will be established allowing perspective bidders to review any and all items being offered for sale. If you unable to attend the specified inspection period, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pick-Up: Items must be picked up at the specified date, time and location as indicated in the auction listing. If you are unable to pick up your items at the specified pick up time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Some items may be transported and picked up at our storage facility in Punxsutawney, PA. Additional fees may apply. Any item not picked up at the specified pickup time shall be considered abandoned and become the property of Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC.
Shipping: Shipping on smaller items is available and will be indicated in the items description. Any winning buyer who would like their item shipped is responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping the item. This includes postage, insurance and any shipping materials or handling fees that may be assessed. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding. We will do our best to ship in the most economical and safest manner. Fragile items and larger items such as furniture, appliances, vehicles, etc. must be picked up at the specified location unless other arrangements are made.
Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC conducts online sales as a bonded and licensed Registered Trading Assistant through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under license number TRAC000004. Commonwealth Liquidators, LLC is the sole ruling party on any and all disputes.
